楼主自认南湾房黑我看是主要当时没钱吧……三谷目前都是原来越外扩，楼主这都出了san ramon了😂再接下去就干到核桃溪了😓😓

恩，都all in 股票了，有钱了，发现还是买不起南湾 吼吼吼。

不知道三谷哪里好，通勤去南湾太远了。而且1月买的话，怀疑楼主大概率复工后站岗。

三谷還是灣區啊..
Btw, down payment 不算relationship discount 也太坑..

Danville 环境很好, 有班车就还好，否则通勤时间长了些

求一下那个eric agent的联系方式？
