DS实习offer求比较：微软vsCapital One

两个DS 2021 summer intern offer求比较：

• 微软：data platform + growth组。介绍是

  Data Platform + Growth
  Data scientists on the team primarily work with telemetry data collected from the wide variety of Microsoft365 productivity and security products, as well as from Windows, Edge and Bing. As a data scientist on the team, you are working with data that is collected from hundreds of millions of users and using that data to enable people and companies all around the planet to achieve more, through personalized recommendation and ML powered experiences.  
  Delivering data and insights to grow the Microsoft 365 and Security businesses
  Microsoft 365 reporting and business intelligence
  Predictive analytics, machine learning, and AI
  Quantitative studies and competitive insights
  Web analytics, experimentation, and personalization
  Marketing and engagement analytics and attribution

  但跟组leader聊了一下，提到的几个project貌似都没有太感兴趣的。
• Capital One: Card DS+ 组，负责customer risk models for US card customers，貌似是比较核心的业务。leader感觉人很nice
  

感觉capital one实习project比较契合我自己的兴趣，但是考虑到会不会去微软实习以后找tech的DS更容易些？

跟capital one的组leader聊，实习貌似挺高概率会拿return offer，想知道return offer一般给的考虑期限有多久啊？2021 summer实习完，如果有return offer是不是就得马上决定要不要啊？那这样的话不是除非拒掉C1的offer，不然没机会找别家了吗。。

虽然只是个实习，还是请各位大神帮忙提供意见了！谢谢！
