组内直招Data Scientist Intern/Data EngineerIntern/Full Time Experienced Data Engineer：

1. Intern最好是2022年毕业（2021new grad也可以投递，但会优先考虑2022年毕业生），表现优秀者直接给2022年full time return offer。
2. 组内非常重视AB testing项目，今年暑期DS实习会在AB实验方向重点培养，欢迎对AB实验感兴趣的在读MS/PHD投递。
3. 工作内容与mobile game相关，有游戏行业经验或者自己非常热爱游戏，都是最大的加分点！
4. 全职DE相关工作经验至少3年，游戏行业从业经验和cross functional team experience优先考虑。
5. 需要现阶段在美国，通过面试的话最好可以尽快入职，现阶段都是WFH，office地点在LA。
6. 提供靠谱强推，组内直接收简历、面试、发offer。

Data Scientist Intern
Tencent Games has multiple openings for Data Scientists Intern for following areas:
1. Experimentation (A/B testing); 2. Product analytics; 3. Algorithms.

Minimal Requirements:

• Proved working experience as a Data Scientist in a Cross Functional Team
• Advanced degree preferred, Master and above or equivalent proven experiences
• Hands-on experience with SQL/Python/R and big data technology, such as spark/hdfs/hadoop
  

Data Engineer Intern
Requirements:

• Proved Python development experience, SQL experience.
• Proved experience with workflow management engines (i.e. Airflow, Luigi, Prefect, Dagster, digdag.io, Google Cloud Composer, AWS Step Functions, Azure Data Factory, UC4, Control-M).
• Experience in custom ETL design, implementation and maintenance.
• Experience querying massive datasets using Spark, Hadoop, Presto, Hive, Impala, etc.

皮一下，四舍五入三年经验可以吗。
虽然team优先考虑三年经验的，但差一丢丢三年，经验丰富可以带团队可以自己干活可以协作，完全不输年限高的希望team能考虑一下。感谢楼主
