哥大QMSS发这种邮件是被waitlist了吗

内容如下：
I wanted to assure you that you are still under consideration by QMSS.

We appreciate your patience as we work to make a more final decision about your application. We will be monitoring our admissions numbers very closely over the next several weeks and we will be working to fully process all of our applications.  

I understand that this can be nerve-wracking, and I also know that you may be working under other deadlines from other schools and programs. I ask that you please let us know if you are facing any deadline dates or if you have other critical information to convey.  We will continue to do our best to accommodate you. I apologize in advance that we will not be in a position to personally acknowledge any updates you submit over email or through the online application system. However, please know that if you send us updates, we will make note of them in your file.
