Please note that recently we have seen a 40% increase in admissions applications.  As such the students  currently accepting in ME have a cumulative GPA of 3.5 or higher and have Quantitative Scores on the GRE Exam of 700 or higher.  So as you can imagine, funding is very competitive.

貌似是说 他的钱都给了现在的学生，但是话也没有说死，要不然最后一段为啥说什么竞争激烈？

说竞争激烈是说你估计没戏了...最后一句话不是也说了吗, find the University that is the best fit for you. 这里的university很明显不是他在的那个university...都开始说客套话了...
