Dear Sir
I'm sorry to bother you.I'm an undergraduate student currently majoring in Physics in China University of MIne and Technology , P.R.China. I want to apply a Physics Ph.D program in XXXXXXX. I have some following questions about that
1. How many Chinese students you have accepted during recent years.
2. In the website, I found that average general GRE test scores for Fall 2010 were: Verbal score of 513/63%, Quantative score of 775/88%, and Analytical Writing score of 3.6/32%. My Verbal score only is 400. Is it too low to apply the program? Is there anyone who is studying in the program has a low score?
3. Must I communicate with a professor before apply the program?
4. If I can't finish the Ph.D program for some reason, could I get a MS Degree?

这个是问你读了phd2年后quit能不能拿MS？
还是你录不到phd能不能录ms？

我觉得还行啊，第4条我觉得可以去掉，别人招你去做PhD，肯定不希望你中途quit的。不少美国教授都挺讨厌这点，我听说Umich有个机械的教授因为太多中国学生中途拿了ms跑路而不愿意再招收中国学生了。

我觉得还行啊，第4条我觉得可以去掉，别人招你去做PhD，肯定不希望你中途quit的。不少美国教授都挺讨厌这点，我听说Umich有个机械的教授因为太多中国学生中途拿了ms跑路而不愿意再招收中国学生了。

可能有点打击，不过说实话，语法错误到这种程度，我有点好奇你的T如何过关，更不用说去读Ph.D了
