觉得Lease车不划算

首先，要明白，不可能有什么便宜可占。因为市场化，买卖总是公平的。卖家亏，他们不会涨价的么……其次，到点还车是个大坑，人家赚你各种手续费，人为刀俎我为鱼肉的感觉。

我的bmw 51k msrp lease 0 down 一个月399，这还不算太好的deal，三年下来14400+2600 reg/doc/taxes = 17000。九年才相当于跟新车花费一样，还省了第3-9年期间所有的保养费用维护费用，还可以每三年换车。即使不考虑换新车的爽度加成，现金都要10-12年才追上，且越到后面旧车越容易坏，很可能永远追不上。

任何一个游戏都有可以获益方，大众赔不代表你也要赔

要划算，买旧车。新车买或lease都不划算。

新电车一定要lease，因为电车一年年新款降价比汽车快很多，lease可以止损。BMW经常有lease促销，抓住机会会比买合算。Audi对lease不友好，同样的新车价lease月供比BMW高很多，lease往往是很不合算的。

刚毕业的，前景不确定，lease一辆跑车先享受生活。小孩就要出生的，买一辆mini van十年内接送老小，一家出行，可靠实用。

总之，想花一样的钱，年年开新车么，天下没有免费的午餐。

我比较的是，同样的钱，使用同样年数，lease（多辆）是不是比买（一辆）还划算，还可以年年新车。
其实，隔几年换新车，车本身还可以开，听着就觉得浪费，但不讨论这个。

Lease当然比长期的ownership要贵，但是如果你注定了3年就要换车，lease和买比

• 只付partial的税
• 如果被total了你没有net loss
• 一些residual value和市场行情价不对称的情况下，可以找到dealer愿意出更高的价来buy back你的end of lease。Potentially some equity
• 不用担心卖车的时候被人坑
  

当然不同的车residual value和MF不同，和买比谁更便宜都是case by case了。

个人经历，全款买了G01 x3 m40，2年后为了换车怕麻烦trade in了，跟lease相比其实2年的ownership cost更高。

当然了, 也没人说 lease 就是完美的解决方案. 正因为如此, 所以市面上有: lease, 买新车, 买二手车三种选项. 适用于三种不同需求的人群.

- 想总是开新车, 又不想折腾买卖车: lease
- 想拥有一辆自己喜欢的车: 买新车
- 想省钱: 买二手

只是对于很多人, 可能对车没有想长久持有的感情, 也不想花时间折腾. 科技行业的人也不差钱 - 而且很多人喜欢总是用最新科技的产品, 所以在地里看到的 lease 的人占多数.

是啊, 我没说 lease 是世界上最常见的...
我只是表达 "一亩三分地大家买车贴 lease 讨论比较多的原因是什么", 因为 lz 帖子发在这里, 我读出的暗含的意思就是 "为什么我看到大家都lease, 但是我觉得 lease 并不合算啊"

关于第一条more expensive over long run。对的，但是：

-baidu 1point3acres总付出成本肯定是高的，但每个月break down下来并不一定，原因是，一般lease的时间是3年，签lease的时候一般会有提到3年后的purchase价格，这个价格是减去这三年自然折损之后的价格，3年到期的时候你可以按这个purchase买下来，也就是以这个purchase价格为基础再做5-6年的贷款。（而你直接finance新车的话，一般最长就是6年。）

所以相当于总共你可以分8-9年来付清这个车的钱。

另外如果lease期间车况保持得不错，lease结束的时候买下来其实比买外面的二手车风险低多了，毕竟知根知底。

缺点是这么做的隐形代价比较高，lease+purchase中间七七八八的手续费实在不划算，但again，每月账面上付的钱肯定少于直接买新车做贷款的月付。对于月收入不高又想长期拥有好车的人也是条路。

一般来说如果你想要六年以下换新车的话，lease是比较划算的。

Leasing更容易被宰， 举个例子，车如果total了，lease就是血亏。同样，如果选择0downpay的话，就要多掏利息。。。大部分情况下（因为downpayment少），利率也会高。

最后，lease的里程数是限制的，超出部分特别的贵。这个反倒提到的比较少，但是没有行驶的自由，很不方便的。所以，新车，适合面子，家用不划算。

你说的total不对。车如果total了，首先会损失所有的downpayment，同时如果保险公司赔的比车行少，自己要补足这部分。（通常是，车行胡乱要价，要补一大笔钱）。当然，可以买相应的额外保险cover多出来的部分，但是就又要多掏钱了。。
