好心人求帮帮忙...持续被waitlist还有希望吗

楼主3月23号收到wl说大概三月底出结果，然而两天前收到邮件说要等到4.19，无尽的等待无尽的焦灼。
邮件里还说了一句“Please note that our wait-list is unranked and movement can be dependent on many external factors. We are unable to provide information on wait-list size or discuss individual application decisions. ”有谁知道什么叫dependent on many external factors？？？太迷了
真的很想去西雅图看樱花和哈士奇啊，我哭了，没受过感情的苦要受学校的苦，楼主转正还有希望吗？还要不要等这个项目？或者还可以做什么提高转正几率，跪求有经验的朋友们指导一下！

lz申请的是uw foster下面的msis嘛？这个项目好像只有summer入学 没有春季吧

是没有，可能我转专业基础不行以及积极发了几封邮件，招生官给我的回复“While the MSIS Admissions Committee does not typically provide feedback to applicants, we thought that your application showed strong potential. However, the Admissions Committee’s main concern is in regards to your depth of knowledge in our information systems proficiency requirement. Below is an opportunity to gain the experience necessary and join our cohort in 2022:

MSIS Spring Intake
Students in the Spring quarter intake will take courses in databases, data-networking, and object-oriented development environments. These courses are specifically designed to equip students like you with the technical proficiency needed to succeed in the MSIS core coursework.
