大家一般刷多少道leetcode就出去找工作了？

我前几天有一个面试就是，我很注重沟通，思路也没问题。就是因为说的太多导致最后没运行代码，虽然代码差不多没有bug，但是还是没过

要看面试官比较看重啥，有的面试官重沟通，有的面试官重代码。

目前刷了361道，还没开始投简历……medium看运气，hard肯定挂的程度，说到底还是我太菜了

当然要看priority啊，拿不定主意就去问老板先做哪个，再不行找PM讨论一下各种选项分别会给两个项目造成多少delay，最终目标是你的timeline最好能对两边都不造成damage，不管delay与否。

150一般公司都够了吧

0。一边刷一边投，等面试来了就出道了。要知道，很多时候要么是简历拒要么是基础知识或者bq拒。

举1反三的意思是，你至少得有把leetcode简单题的follow-up做明白的决心，因为每个follow-up都是中等难度题

看起來問題真正問的是：How would you (1)prioritize work (2)communicate?

下面是我的Sample answer，

(1) prioritize work + communicate
Me asking the interviewer: is there any prioritzation between my work and work outside of my duties?


(2) communication

[Case1] work outside of my duties is more important
Me: I would communicate with my supervisor/PO about deprioritizing my work before starting the job. And then start the work outside of my duties.

[Case2] my work is more important
Me.: I would communicate with my supervisor/PO about deprioritizing work outside of my duties, ask them to wait for a bit. And then start my own work.

[Case3] We don't know, you(interviewee) have to figure it out.
Me: I would pull the two teams, both my team(who assigned the job to me) and outside of my job duties team together, and then tell them one of you guys have the priority, but not both. Once it is prioritized, then I can start the work.

基本上上面的回答，應該就可以涵蓋prioritize work & communicate effectively這兩方面了，希望這有幫助！

我觉得这样的BQ问题挺好的，我就是没有准备过这样的BQ问题导致我在工作中软实力上和别人差了一大截，我还在努力学习中
