财产证明没明确说，但得寄过去才会给I20和ITR，其中ITR有deadline是11.15号（我10.29号录取的）。你录取邮件里的第一个PDF应该有说明吧？暂时办不下来的话问问能否推迟deadline。

我具体情况是这样：

1) 28 号系里来了录取邮件（eecsapps@syr.edu）：
You will receive information regarding your “intent to register” card and 1-20 in approximately 10-business days.
PDF附件里写着 An Intent to Register Card(ITR) will be sent with your official admission notification from the GEMC. This ITR card must be received by Syracuse University by November 15,2013.

2) 但紧接着31号来了封自动生成的邮件（grad@syr.edu）。
I am pleased to inform you that the admissions committee in Computer Science has found you academically qualified for admission for Spring 2014.  However, we cannot issue our official letter of admission and appropriate visa forms until you have sent the necessary funding documents. When sending documentation of adequate funding, photocopies of financial documents are acceptable, and you may fax them to 315-443-3423.

3) 我问系里（eecsapps@syr.edu）是否需要寄财产证明，回复是：
You should send your financial documents as soon as possible.  Do not send them to me, please follow instructions on your email.

4) 我这没传真，于是向研究生院用邮件（grad@syr.edu）发了证明，目前还没回复。
