F1返美被拒绝入境+小黑屋6小时

请问从哪里入境的啊

这里统一回复一下。
我的F1签证没有过期，是第四年，I20也是找学校新要的。
而我的护照上面还有B1/B2签证，是之前高中的时候办的，所以当天晚上海关强迫我通过SEVIS重新激活我的B2签证，以B2入境美国。
在入境之后的第一个白天，学校跟移民局的contact person证实了，我的流程和证件都是没有问题的，而是海关的问题(我是从墨西哥到美国飞机上唯一的一个亚洲面孔)。根据他们所说，我这种情况可以file a lawsuit关于海关失职或滥用权力，而且并不适用。而我用B2签证入境美国恰恰相反是不合法的，因为我是学生身份，而B2是不允许持有者在境内进行工作或学习的。因此在确认过之后，学校建议我立马离境，于是我又返回了墨西哥。。。
返回墨西哥之后，学校international office给我写了一封letter，并让我打印了如下几条相关条例随身携带，并在再次过海关的时候展示给officer：

•        As stated in the March 2020 guidance, Active F and M students will be permitted to temporarily count online classes towards a full course of study in excess of the regulatory limits stated in 8 C.F.R. § 214.2(f)(6)(i)(G) and 8 C.F.R. § 214.2(m)(9)(v). The March 2020 guidance applies to continuing F and M nonimmigrant students who were in valid F-1 or M-1 nonimmigrant status on March 9, 2020, including those previously enrolled in entirely online classes who are outside of the United States and seeking to re-enter the country this fall. Students actively enrolled at a U.S. school on March 9, 2020, who subsequently took courses online while outside of the country can re-enter the United States, even if their school is engaged solely in distance learning.

1.        Will F and M students be able to return to the United States if they are continuing their studies outside of the country as a result of COVID-19?
A. Students who continue to make normal progress in their course of study remain eligible for admission into the United States. However, because of the changing array of travel restrictions, students should refer to their local embassy’s website through the U.S. Department of State for any updates about visa issuance. Also, DHS and the Center for Disease Control and Prevention’s (CDC) websites provide information about current travel restrictions to the United States.

再次在波士顿入境的时候，我提前向officer出示了这些文件，于是终于成功入境，太坎坷了。希望这些信息对之后反美的朋友有帮助，希望大家不会遇到我这样的情况。

想问下楼主是哪个机场入境的? 然后楼主的i20和visa上的学校和sevis id都是一致的对吧?

是波士顿洛甘机场入境的，信息都是一致的。

刚从LAX顺利入境，只看了I-20和护照，几乎秒过。这之前也和学校确认，学校也说当前I20入境没问题。所以不用担心～

请问 “通过SEVIS重新激活我的B2签证” 是什么样的操作啊？ 现场海关协助你申请SEVIS？然后激活已经过期的B2？或者B2本来就是10年的，但因为F1所以失效，需要海关现场激活？需要现场交钱吗？
我有朋友B2是类似情况失效，求问海关激活的操作。谢谢！
