学生签证两次被214b，三签还有希望吗

我是硕博签证，之前在北京、广州被拒过，分别是5.28和6.16，北京那次我填错了ds160表，出入境记录那里填错了，我之前去过美国参加冬令营，但是再填的时候忘记写了。同时他问我advisor的时候我也不太知道，我觉得被拒是合理的。但是在广州是check之后被拒签，周五晚补的材料，周一下午就被拒了，非常奇怪。
在北京面签经过：

Me:Good morning! How’s it going?
VO: Nice and what about you!
Me:Good,Thank you!

VO:Which major will you study?
Me:computer engineering
VO:What’s your future plan?
Me:Go back to China and take care of my parents, then join my uncle’s company.
VO:What’s your uncle’s company mainly do?”
Me: Education and making app to helping people practicing their english.
VO: What’s your parents’ jobs?
Me:爸爸环保公司妈妈街道办事处
VO: Who will pay for you?
Me:my parents.
VO: Do you have study plan and your offer
Me:yes (study plan 就是官网的课程表）
VO: who’s your advisor?
Me: It’s course based so mainly depends on the credit requirements.
VO:But it’s a project.
Me:Yes but there was no advisor contacted me.

广州就很简单了，看了我的简历和study plan后，直接说发email给他们，结果发完第二个工作日ap后变两行refused。

我是上海人，上海大学，之前约不到上海的签证才选择这两个领区的，想这次找找黄牛约上海的，大家觉得还有希望吗。

感觉很敷衍了事呀，不像个学生，像个准备黑下去的。

官方给的study plan模板在course based上根本不能用，太简陋了。给你我当时准备study plan时的题目，1) Introduction of my background; 2) Why I choose to study in XXX; 3) My capital source and family's support; 4) Representative courses I'm going to choose; 5) Advisor or potential advisor; 6) My plan after graduation. 具体内容是用五号字写的，最终稿写完是1页半多一点。以上供你参考，求加米

By the way…………这个和签证可能无关，楼主的书面用语需要再斟酌一下，从来没有人在这样成文的文章里会用如此口头随意的表达，哪怕今天写的是中文，这个听上去都相当的随意甚至不礼貌……

这个地里不是有讨论吗，course based 没有advisor的话可以交系主任类似的不敏感的简历
给人感觉是对你自己的学业不太上心
‘there was no advisor contacted me’, advisor本来就不会联系学生啊，有选课问题什么的，都是你去联系他的

然后还有去叔叔公司上班这个点没必要主动提吧
少说少错，保守为上

准备【充分】点，再去试最后一次吧

214b移民倾向啊，建议你下次面签之前仔细斟酌一下自己的study/future plan，强调回国的理由一定要充分。“join my uncle's company”这种理由在签证官看来说服力不够，要有具体的职业规划，你可以说我回国后具体想干什么，为什么这个行业吸引我，国内对于该行业又有什么优势政策等等。另外如果有境外旅游史一定要写在简历上，有中介的话让他们和你一起再仔细审查一遍ds160。

对对，这是我第一次签证的时候，确实太不上心了，二签的时候也准备了advisor cv，也发了email给他们，结果第二个工作日就拒…

Study plan不只是课程表吧，主要是你自己关于课程的理解和安排，你这两年怎么修学分，怎么选课，怎么做研究，打算如何在学业上精进自己，多写点学术研究的方式，但是别写去工作，实习之类的。我当时写了两页呢。这是你自己的学业啊，你不能只按照网上的课表就万事大吉了。

My program is Master of Computer Engineering. This program is a course-based program, which is from September 2, 2021 to May 25, 2023. It requires 30 credits coursework, which equals 10 different courses. I plan to take these courses listed below:

This program is course-based, so I do not and will not have a specified research advisor.
But I do have an academic advisor, his name is Xiao-Kang Chen and currently act as ECE Department Graduate Program Coordinator and Advisor.
3) Is your program coursework only? If not, please tell us the name of your research project and give a basic description of your research.
Yes, the program is coursework only, which is completed in 2 years of coursework.
4) Research Funding: (Where is the funding coming from?)
There is no research part for my program and I do not have any plans for doing research. Therefore, I do not need any research funding. The expenses of studying at New York University (including tuition fee) is about $ 62000/

year. I have not got any fellowship yet but my family income and
deposit can cover all of expenses during my master study. What’s more, the New York University also gave me 7000 USD per year to offset part of the tuition.
5) Practical Application of Research:
Since I will not have a specific research topic, I also will not have a corresponding practical application.
I will focus on consolidating my understanding of computing system design and programming techniques through wide range of courses and practical training.
