墨西哥H1b签证

楼主目前的状况是这样的：目前是H4+H4 EAD，8月底过期并且renewal已经提交，但是排队已经排到明年去了。目前计划是找一个可以H1b exempt的employer。想请问一下大家，我这样的情况如果employer愿意sponsor H1b exempt，我可以选择不用I539 转身份，而是去墨西哥签一个新的H1b吗？

看了一下美国驻墨西哥大使馆的官网，好像已经有了，但是具体什么情况还是看有没有大佬来讲解一下

昨天发邮件问了这是原话：

Dear Sir/ Madam:

Responding to your e-mail, this is to inform you that unfortunately, you are not eligible for a visa appointment as a non-resident of Mexico.  Currently, the U.S. Consulate General in Monterrey is prioritizing very limited expedited appointments for residents of Mexico only.
Any applicant currently residing in the United States who seeks to extend their legal stay should contact U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services at this link (https://www.uscis.gov/visit-the-united-states/extend-your-stay).

In response to the COVID-19 pandemic and following the call/requirement of the Mexican government to increase social distancing, the United States Embassy in Mexico City and all the United States Consulates in Mexico have suspended regular nonimmigrant visa services, until further notice.


We apologize for the inconvenience of the cancellation of routine consular services, and we appreciate your understanding.

我看了tjuana的网站，还是不行。你说的是那个领事馆？
