职位: marketing manager/ business development manager
What will your role be?
•        Research and identify new business opportunities, meet with new clients - including some game companies, KOL influencers (gamer) face to face or over the phone.
•        Understand the dynamics of the voice social industry, have a good sense of the industry, and complete user operations related tasks based on user characteristics, including but not limited to group chat/voice room operations.
•        Have great creative planning capabilities for events. Be able to use internal and external target users and operational resources to drive growth. Promote related operational activities and demand execution to ensure that operational goals are achieved.
•        Continue to explore user needs, design effective operating systems to improve user stickiness and activity, and promote retention and activity.
•        Continue to maintain customer relationships, and be able to independently complete KOL development and business cooperation, etc.

What an ideal candidate means to us:
•        Language requirement: Mandarin and English, both spoken and written.
•        At least 3 years of experience in Game Company or MCN company business development.
•        Have a passion for computer games or mobile games,
•        Possess work experience related to new media, MCN, and Game companies.
•        Result-oriented; embrace change, have a strong sense of responsibility, resist pressure and execution and have strong learning ability.
•        Be able to respond flexibly to emergencies and have the spirit of teamwork.
