AMEX offer for Better Mortgage

大家可以看下自己的AMEX信用卡看看有没有这个offer，减2000块还是蛮不错的。

邮件title是：Announcing an exclusive offer from Better Mortgage

offer 摘要：
如果还没有better mortgage account： clicking the “I’m purchasing” or “I’m refinancing” link on better.com/amex
如果已经有账户了 需要在close之前打电话给better的客服添加这个offer，
需要提供AMEX卡的卡号
9/13 之前lock rate并且在12/17 日之前close

其他细节如下：

Card Member Eligibility

This offer is only available to basic account holders of a personal consumer American Express Card, issued by a U.S. banking subsidiary of American Express (“eligible Card Members”), that meet the following requirements:

a.        Access the offer by:

i.        Prior to 9/13/22 (the “Lock Rate-By-Date”), create an account with Better Mortgage by either: clicking the “I’m purchasing” or “I’m refinancing” link on better.com/amex; or
ii.        If you have already created an account with Better Mortgage, contact your Better Mortgage Loan consultant or call (877-688-3252) to request the offer prior to your loan closing; and
b.        Lock your rate on a Better Mortgage loan application by the “Lock Rate-By-Date”, at which point an appraisal fee is charged; and
c.        Qualify for and successfully close your mortgage loan with Better Mortgage by 12/17/22 (the “Close-by-Date”).This offer is not available to: Additional Card Members or holders of American Express Corporate Cards, Small Business Cards, Prepaid Cards and products, and American Express-branded cards or account numbers issued by other financial institutions.

3. Statement Credit

To receive the statement credit, the eligible Card Member must be a borrower or co-borrower(s) on the loan application and enter their own 15-digit card number when prompted by Better Mortgage. The card account must not be in a cancelled status at the time the statement credit is applied.

我觉得better的offer适合去compete大银行的，我就是这么干的，chase帮我匹配了

我查了一下貌似这个帖子我们论坛也出现了 不知道是不是同一个人

这个Mortgage company要注意一些 我在美卡论坛上面看到过有人用这个refinance然后这个公司把本金给弄丢了，现在苦主一个月付两份还款，公司还互相踢皮球

正在办了 15年2% 算上2000返现的话0 cost

虽然有amex但是better的报价比我用loandepot的报价贵了超过2000………

嗯 说是近millon的本金 估计是交接没做好 四天前的post 估计现在还没解决呢
