RPI还是很不错的~不过是大家申的比较少罢了，然后校方希望夸大一下宣传？？
Whatever，很正常啦，我申请的时候也经常受到Berkeley和Cornell的垃圾邮件。。。。。。多招生多赚钱嘛，可以理解~

说的有点过了吧，发个广告就节操丧尽了？

楼主是参加过一些会议什么的，RPI才发给你的吧？
我觉得RPI是看重人才吧，我等屌丝都没机会收到这种waive的信啊~
