绿卡获批后换工作180天后才能？

很多信息介绍绿卡获批后还建议再呆半年至一年再换工作，说什么以后入籍有可能会被刁难。
有种情况是，如果在公司A 485已经pending了180天，然后用EAD或是h1b transfer换工作到公司B，然后在公司B工作时绿卡获批。这种情况下，拿卡后还要在公司b工作180天？因为交了个485J?

有经验的地友分享一下经历。

理论上是的。EB 绿卡原本的逻辑是发给未来的工作职位的，也就是给你绿卡，让你来美国上班。所以如果你一拿到绿卡就立刻离职，也就违反了这个逻辑，有绿卡欺诈嫌疑。

如果只是入籍有问题，就果敢拿卡换工作了。。。
信息说得很笼统，说是seek immigration benefits in the future.. 不知道以后renew card算不算。是不是以后凡是跟uscis打交道就可能不刁难？
