CDC要求10/1之后提交的i-693要求新冠疫苗

12/2020 提交485， 5/18/2021 FP, 然后就没有然后了
提前做好体检准备收到RFE就寄出去
关于新规已经与体检医生联系，还没得到答复

这种情况是不是10/1之前寄出去算了。。？
求各位大神指点！

Your paperwork is good to submit. Covid vaccine required after 10/01/2021. Whoever did the exam before that date no need to provide covid vaccine record plus the new form has not come out yet.

感觉是回复了寂寞，他们也说不准是什么情况。

我跟楼主情况一模一样！！！我今天问了医生了，他们说估计就改了疫苗的那一页，那一页可以重新弄的，但是签字日期不能变。
我想问下楼主，没收到RFE 就做了体检，485已经交了，这个体检报告的有效期是多久？ 我现在不担心新的体检表，因为医生说可以加进去的，但是化验的结果日期是旧的，

Do not send medicals without an RFE, for it will lead to complications causing denial. Applicants may bring the medical examination report to their interview or wait until USCIS issues a Request for Evidence (RFE) requesting the report. If an RFE is not mailed, then you will need to bring the documents to your interviewing officer. Medicals cannot be mailed without an RFE and you cannot request an RFE. An RFE will be mailed once the officer is ready to finalize your case. If you mail medicals without an RFE, an RFE can and still be issued or requested from the officer once they have your case and are ready for the process. For RFE's do have specific mailing addresses from those specific case officers.
Case location is never final until you receive a physical letter from you local FO, of a time and date of your interview appointment or if the interview is waived. Until it is final and you received a physical letter, Your case is still within the NATIONAL BENEFITS CENTER and you are awaiting for an interview to be scheduled. Once a time slot becomes available near your field office, your local field office will mail you a notice of action for the time and date of your appointment and will then request your service center to transfer the case, for they are ready to conduct the interview for the final process. Until you receive notice of action of your interview, your application will be at your service center.

I-693医生签字日期？I-485 RD？还是I-693 RD？

前两者的话不用担心吧，就是要注意I-693表格是否有更新（目前是7/15/2019版）

医生在十月一日前签字了，就不用担心了。

最坏情况应该就是再RFE一次补一张更新的693？

我上个月体检的时候带了接种记录，但是医生没登，因为当时没要求。
现在可以提醒医生写上吗？

观望一下，考虑直接寄出体检表了。

跟楼主情况一毛一样，指纹日都一样……也是准备好了体检表，但不知道要不要直接寄出去……观望中
