收到了一些new grad的简历，对于new grad筛选的稍微苛刻一些，如果他不打算提交你的简历，也会给你简历的意见。

他说很抱歉，现在new grad职位还没有open，有很多很好的new grad的简历他都存下了，有opening后会直接推。

有简历建议需求的他也都尽力回复了。
