请问体检表I-693可以拿在手里等REF吗？

去年10月已经提交了485，刚打了指纹，想提前做体检，拿在手里等REF。但是律师说：

As noted, once the physician signs the medical exam, it must be submitted to USCIS within 60 days.  If the medical exam is signed by the physician, and not submitted to USCIS until more than 60 days after signed by the physician, then the medical exam will not be accepted by USCIS.

我看USCIS的网站说如果体检是交485的60天之前做的，就不行。但是没说医生签字60天比较提交。我让律师指给我原文，他也不回复。到底能不能一直拿在手里呢？谢谢！

我的理解是 体检报告上的医生签字日期不能是提交485的60天前的日期。
移民局原文：
Save time by filing Form I-693, Report of Medical Examination and Vaccination Record, with Form I-485, Application to Register Permanent Residence or Adjust Status. USCIS generally considers a completed Form I-693 to retain its evidentiary value for two years after the date the civil surgeon signed Form I-693, as long as the date of the civil surgeon’s signature is no more than 60 days before the applicant filed  Form I-485, Application to Register Permanent Residence or Adjust Status.   

However, effective Aug. 12, 2021, USCIS is temporarily extending the validity period for Form I-693 from two years to now four years. For decisions on Form I-485 issued on or before Sept. 30, 2021, USCIS may accept an otherwise valid Form I-693 if:

The civil surgeon’s signature is dated no more than 60 days before the applicant filed Form I-485;
No more than four years have passed since the date of the civil surgeon’s signature; and
A decision on Form I-485 is issued on or before Sept. 30, 2021.

已经交了485后医生再签字的体检报告有效期是2年。移民局为省rfe时间今年临时加一条规定，9月30号前认同4年内的体检报告，这个规定今年10月1号起作废，回归2年有效。(PS. 我个人6月12做了体检，拿在手上等RFE, RRFE移民局收到的时间是8月27号，超过60天，485已approve)

另外，10月1号起的体检报告要加上新冠疫苗，具体政策还没有公布。楼主要是已经有医生签完字的693建议主动提交给移民局，因为不知道最后会不会一刀切，要求所有新交的体检都包含新冠疫苗。

没有必要，你做完了把密封的体检交给律师赶紧交给移民局对申请人最有帮助其实

应该是医生签字六十天之内要寄出的

可以，签字后两年有效。话说叫RFE哈。

可以的，现在最好这样。现在预约体检到出报告要近1个月。提交485后提交，体检报告有效期24个月

好像现在从2年变成4年了？
