护照不足6个月有效期入境

有绿卡，但是护照不足6个月，问了律师说没问题，但是看地里面有人说不足6个月不让入境，请问到底行不行？
哪里🈶️相关的说明，人在国内隔离，听说国内现在renew护照比较难，做最坏得打算。

护照+绿卡，护照只要当天有效都可以。

护照+美签，需要六个月有效，不满足六个月那么地勤不放人，不是边检不放人。

No. I had experience entering the US from Canada with the Chinese passport valid for less than 6 months and I was called into the office and rejected the entry and turned back to Canada right away. The border officer said it was Chinese law that prohibited the use of the passport within 6 month to the expiration date. I don't think there is any change since then.

Ok, in my case I don't have green card. If you can enter US with green card, then you should only worry if you can depart from China with that passport.

Another important concern is that We CANNOT renewal our passports in China right now (case by case but bad news always) but can do it in the US
