脸书新组疯狂招聘ing...

好久没来地里玩儿了，最近刚刚来到脸书做Engineering Manager，带了个新成立的团队，感觉十分不错！
这个团队负责AEM的建设 (AEM = Aggregated Event Measurement https://www.facebook.com/business/help/721422165168355)

AEM是一个超长期的项目，脸书广告未来的曙光。我们组是最近刚刚成立的（2021年8月），我们的任务是造平台（platform / foundation）让AEM能迅速发展，是AEM的中坚力量。

现在我们只有8个建队成员，我给自己定的小目标是希望明年年末之前能把团队扩建到20人以上（也就是说我们现在至少有10+的缺口！)


因为组是新建的，所以基本上没有什么on-call重任。
我们机会多多，但是我们非常重视WLB。We under promise and over deliver！现在组里大家感觉工作量都是合理的，而且升职机会多多（大部分人都能开始带项目带新人了）
新的团队也就有太多新的方向，只要你愿意做，我们可以围绕着你的兴趣给你分配合适的工作！尤其如果你要是愿意从0到1，欢迎来和我一起开疆拓土！
各种类型的人才现在都有需求，无论你是前端后端还是全栈，无论你想低头写代码，做一个TL，甚至以后想IC->EM，我们这里都有你的位置！

现在急需招聘很多软件工程师来帮我们完成这个平台的搭建和团队的扩张，请有志之士一起来干一番事业！

由于IC3/4/5大多都是统招后bootcamp选组，我就不一个一个帮你内推了。
