公司exit interview的各种具体问题怎么回答啊

马上要离职了

公司HR 发来exit interview questionnare 让我填， 包括各种敏感问题：
1. What is your primary reason for leaving the company?
3. Do you have a new job?
4. What is the name of your new employer?
5. Please provide your new annual base salary and/or the percent increase.


我是不打算告诉公司我要去哪，因为之前被老板各种pua， 特恶心。

所以我这样回答可以吗：

1. What is your primary reason for leaving the company?
     I feel incredibly grateful for giving me this opportunity to work in MathWorks. While, I feel it is time to go in a different direction.
3. Do you have a new job?
    Multiple offers, haven't made final decision yet. （但其实下周就入职了，不知道这样回答以后再找公司要verification 会不会被拒）
4. What is the name of your new employer?
    N/A
5. Please provide your new annual base salary and/or the percent increase.
    N/A

大家看看这样回答可以吗？

不用回答。你都离职了，主动权在你，怎么还被HR牵制，这个估计只是例行制度，一般不会期待你回答。
要是我看到这个，大概率会回答HR：

公司有没有offer想挽留我
这个月有多少人离职了
你知道为什么公司在Glassdoor上评分是2.5吗

我不打算骂老板，感觉骂了也没用

所以reason for leave 就写 “personal development” 吗？

不打算回答的就直接说“我不想回答”。不用说还没决定之类的回头砸自己脚。

mathworks还pua啊

personal reason就可以了，我当时就说family reason。问我有没有新工作，我说我会找的，其实周五离职周一就要入职新公司了。
