H1B今年是抽中了再交petition？

律师说今年是抽中了再交petition，那这样的话是不是6月份MS毕业这次就可以用advanced degree抽了？

这个不难吧，学校开个transcript就可以，不一定非需要毕业证

Tricky 的部分是需要你在提交petition的时候已经拿到毕业证书。一般海底捞中的肯定没问题。但是4月中的话一般来不及。

问题是，今年的petition改成了中签之后，deadline是6/30，貌似和以前不一样？

主要是之前律师和我说如果你用adv抽的然后你没拿到学位证，那就白中了。

很多学校可以用lost diploma加急打印一份毕业证，只要你成绩单上写了毕业日期就可以，可以找学校问问

或者叫 replacement diploma request，一周能拿到毕业证

我的理解是只要学校有人能在6/30前给你开这个证明，应该就可以？

你可以问问律师和学校综合考虑一下。我当时律师是建议用普通学位抽的，保险一点，而且也中了的。

谢谢！貌似今年和原来不一样，我看网上信息比较少
