哪些公司会cover 员工全部学费

Not sure how you got the info for "most high tech companies (AMAZON, FB, GOOGLE, APPLE)", but the fact is that Google supports part time MBA and covers 2/3 of the tuition, up to $12000 / year.

I'm not sure about other companies so I won't comment on that.

我在google实习的时候印象是不需要job related，什么潜水开飞机都行，但好像没有2/3这么多。。。

猜现在变了？

consulting可以 但是一般要签两年卖身契

不是job-related的话报销1/3，每年上限$1200。而且实习生应该不能报

我也记得是1/3。。。不过不知道有上限

My current FB peer told me and he worked in google, max 12000 a year / 1000 a month, but depends on your level. He said in his team (devops) in google, skip manager did not approve MBA tuition fee.

"When the skip manager knew you were in MBA program, it was a bad signal in the team, because everyone knew you would leave the team sooner or later. So no more team resources for you. Moreover, you were targeted by team to review your performance and workload. Why you had 30 - 50 hours spare time every week to finish your MBA study? There must be something wrong when we estimated your workload."

I'm working for Google as a SDE, taking MBA courses right now, and Google is reimbursing 2/3 of the cost. My manager had no concern on it.

I don't agree with your points in the second paragraph but I don't want to argue with you.
