实习offer求比较：zillow vs hubspot

天坑博士转专业选手找2022 SDE internship，现在拿到两家的offer，zillow和hubspot～个人比较在意career growth和友善的工作环境（博士生涯太累了，想要开心一点的工作环境orz）～

两家的return率都蛮高的，在考虑拿return offer工作两三年以后跳槽大厂（不知道是不是一个好的职业规划～求建议！）。

对hubspot的主要担心就是公司名气可能不如zillow（这点尤其想找地里求证，不知道两家的reputation到底有多大差别，对以后跳槽大厂有多大影响），但hubspot是一家tech driven的公司，zillow不算是传统意义上的tech公司，所以不确定哪个公司的名字对以后跳槽更好～

career growth方面：

hubspot在多个best place to work榜单上都排在前面，员工留用率很高，对early career的training似乎很好，我觉得对于我这样转专业的背景来说是一个很好的学习过程，而且听说一般team都规模比较小，个人有蛮大的autonomy，可能比较有助于接触到更多东西，而不是只做一个螺丝钉～

zillow感觉culture也不错，但也看有人说career path可能会遇到波折，不知道是不是取决于team～不确定能多大概率能遇到好的组～想了解一下大家的工作体验～

I applied for Hubspot on Sep 7th, and got an OA 2 days later. Then was a HR call. The final round interview was Oct 6th. I got the offer on Oct 15th.

Zillow's interview had two round. First round was an one hour phone screen. I got one coding question and several BQ. The second round was about 8 days later, which was 2×1 hour interviews with coding and BQ. Sorry that I can't share questions because I signed NDA.

I could choose in office or remote. For the location if I choose in office, I'm not sure whether I could choose CA or MA or it will depend on team. I don't care about location so I didn't ask them about it yet.

zillow！感觉名气大一点 发展也不错的样子
我zillow的朋友感觉都还蛮开心的？跳槽也不难

是我也会选Zillow. Hubspot终归还是小公司，里面的workflow和晋升空间不比Zillow。
