Provisional admission from U Pittsburgh ischool

刚上applyyourself查到了这个provisional admission。。。申的是ischool下的MSIS项目
provisional admission是神马呀。。。。

补。。信里对这个的解释。。。是说要我把大四的成绩单和毕业证带去么。。。
Provisional Admission Conditions:

Please submit an official transcript showing completion of your undergraduate degree by the end of your first term of study. If you do not submit the required document by the end of your first term of study, an academic hold will be placed on your account and you will not be permitted to register for the following term.

Please bring your original academic documents (transcripts, degree certificate, etc.) for final validation to the front desk on the 5th floor of the Information Sciences building, located on 135 N. Bellefield Avenue, Pittsburgh PA, 15260.
