求建议：要不要现在 pp 140 以及打指纹是不是 relink 好时机

降级 EB3 concurrent filing，想 PP 140 完了好 relink。但感觉现在 pp 会不会赶上圣诞放假导致被搁置，或者说等过了节再 pp 会不会快一点。
另外过一周打指纹，那时候会不会有人处理 case，有的话那时候不等降级 approve 直接 relink 会不会更有效。谢谢大家！

If one of your I-140 is approved, then USCIS will adjudicate your I-485 application based on the approved I-140. In that case, you may not need to request premium processing for your pending EB-3.

No problem. You may relink now if PD is current under EB2.

不对，relink可以从pending petition到approved petition。不需要EB3 I140 approve。

我的意思是至少有一个I140 approval，之后已经解释了。

别省钱了，先PP 把eb3 140 批了，这个是你以后走运被transfer to NBC 的前提
理论上上你eb3 pending 就可以relink 回eb2, 但移民局都是流水作业，有个pending 得eb3 会让流水线变复杂。
最好就是不要有pending 得eb3 再relink 回rb2
