Team: Platform Plus EngProd
Description:
Enable integration testing and data center testing through unified infrastructure aligned with IT2020 for Platforms  organization.

Google's Platforms team designs, develops, qualifies, and deploys hardware and software for Google's data centers,  the largest, most energy- and cost-efficient distributed computing infrastructure in the world.
The Node Test Framework team enables velocity and reliability for the Platform-developed Server and Storage products by providing a framework for both hardware and software tests. We own MTest and Voodoo frameworks  that enable Platforms to test and qualify the latest and greatest hardware and software. From hard drives to TPUs, every piece of hardware that Google puts in a datacenter is tested and qualified by our services. Our infrastructure runs in Prod, corporate labs, and outside Google in third-party manufacturing facilities. Users of our framework include PIE Hardware and Software developers, the Kernel team, Cluster Infrastructure and Host Networking teams. We still have many challenges to solve, from streamlining data structures to throughput and user experience improvements.

Team: Chrome OS Automation Framwork
Description:
Chrome OS has the mission of making end-user computing fast, secure, simple, and intelligent. There is a multi-year roadmap in place to establish Chrome OS as the primary device across the consumer/enterprise/edu market and influence/evolve the future of computing. As the EngProd team for Chrome OS, our focus is on developing infra/frameworks/tools/processes to improve the overall Chrome OS developer productivity, engineering efficiency and product excellence.

想问问大神们对于这两个Team怎么看，本人技术代码能力一般，对于技术热情一般，只求进大厂寻求一份稳定的工作，挺看重WLB (家里有两个孩子)，不想卷，说实话，想清闲一些，正常升职就好，看了一些帖子觉得很多人都不太看好EngProd这种职位的发展，但对我来说可能还比较符合，欢迎大佬说说对于这种职位的看法和如果去的话这两个Team之间的对比区别，感恩。

请问楼主最后选了哪个呢？最近在team match 也遇到EngProd组

1. 你发的这些信息确定是可以公开的吗？
2. 我了解的EngProd比较佛，也跟一个EngProd组的人经常打交道，他们老板很好，非常会promote手下员工，手下员工要promote的时候还找我来要peer bonus。泛泛而言，对新人来说，老板好不好可能比哪个PA更重要，除非你对技术的哪方面特别喜欢或者特别不喜欢
