分享绿卡时间线 - EB3 +配偶

- Original priority date with former employer - April 2016, EB3
- Changed job on Feb 2019 and restarted the green card process in April 2019
- Got married in July 2019
- Received certificate of PWD from DoL in late July 2019
- Finished recruitment ads in Nov 2019 and submitted PERM in late Nov 2019
- Withdraw the original PERM and resubmitted the amended PERM in Jan 2020 due to regulation updates from DoL
- PERM was approved in May 2020
- Original priority date for EB3 became current; submitted I-140 (with PP) for myself and 485 for myself and spouse simultaneously in June 2020 with Nebraska service center
- Received receipt notices for 1-140 in two weeks and for 485 in late July 2020
- Visited USCIS San Jose office in late August 2020 to collect fingerprints and photo; then received combo cards in late September 2020
- Received USCIS notices saying both petitions were transferred to another service center in October 2020
- Contacted the Congressman for my congressional district in July 2021, but they said they can’t do anything at that time
- Submitted combo card renewals in August 2021
- Received RFE for myself right before Labor Day weekend
- Responded RFE letter in mid October 2021
- Received updates saying green cards were approved in late October 2021 without interviews for my wife and myself
- Received physical green cards during the thanksgiving week due to shipping delays

请问正式入职前，公司可以PWD然后发广告file PERM嘛？还是要等入职之后才能正式file PERM？

理论上入职前可以开始这些步骤 不影响什么
但这个看公司的政策，一般都是入职后才开始进行 不知道对你的情况有没有帮助，可以帮我加一下大米吗？谢谢啦😊
