H-1B 填写求指教（就业历史，共青团，大使馆）

关于H-1B填写，有几个地方不知道怎么填写，请大佬们指点一下

1. employment history
     unpaid的经验要写进去吗？ 还有来美国之前，国内和码农不相关的工作经历需要填写吗？律师所会要求提供相关的就职文件么？
2.   U.S. Embassy Information
     应该填国内的大使馆呢还是湾区的，非常感谢！

      Provide the U.S. embassy or consulate at which you will submit your visa application. You are not necessarily obliged to go to this consulate for a visa, but         
      USCIS does require that we indicate a specific consulate on Form I-129. Unless you are a resident in a third country, your country of citizenship is preferable.
