ng刚拿到offer，在填H-1B Questionnaire, 里面问到：Have you or your spouse or children ever been a member of, or in any way affiliated with, the Communist Party or any other totalitarian party (in the United States or abroad), including youth or student Communist organizations? 如果填yes，还要求Provide details about the membership, including the name of the organization and the dates of membership.如果是党员的话，填yes会影响h-1b的申请吗？or 填no的话会被查吗？

这是你们公司的村规吧，H1B的申请里并没有问这个啊。
