有人一起蹲硅谷校区MS ECE的Cyber Physical System吗

CPS好像有点冷门呀，地里转了一圈没见着申这个的
1/15 投的，1/30 转 under review，不知道还有多久才出结果

网申系统里还无update但是收到了NEU admission 开头如下的邮件，这算是收到offer了吗？？
