关于assistantship tuition waive

已录取华盛顿州某校，给了assistantship，具体是TA/RA还没确定。疑惑在于，系里给的offer上写了“作为assistant，如果注册期间居住在华盛顿州内则可以免除州内学费，如果你是非居民，那第一年也会为你提供州外学费免除。”但我的offer上给列出来的只写了州外学费免除。请问大家我的州内学费是否也被免掉了呢？是默认不需要交州内学费所以没在financial support里写出来吗？

不是我自己加的哈哈哈，我搞不赢传图片，原文是这样的“The assistantship appointment will exempt you from paying in-state tuition if you live in Washington State during your enrollment at （这个学校）. We also will provide you with an out-of-state tuition waiver during your first year of studies if you are not a resident of Washington State. However, the out-of-state tuition waiver cannot be guaranteed beyond one year. If you are not a resident of Washington State, you must begin the process now to establish state residency......”

具体提到金额的原文是这样的
“The details of your assistantship are as follows:
Salary: Step 26 $14, 665 ($1,629.00/month)
2022-2023 Health Insurance: Estimated at $2,000.00
2022-2023 Non-Resident Tuition Waiver: Estimated at $14,450.00 ($7,225.00 persemester)”

所以就是in-state的部分也免掉了对吧？因为系里offer给的support明细里没写这一项，我有点迷惑。感谢感谢！
