我2/26下午完成的面試
跟大家分享一下我的面經來積點功德(◐‿◑)
今年跟之前好像不太一樣，三個口說三個寫作

口說(準備1分鐘，說2分鐘)
1. how did you handle the teamwork most demanding and stressful?
2. If you have high amounts of work, finish assignments on time, hunt for a summer interns, get little sleep, what will you do next steps?
3. Please tell me about an issue that you are passionate about. Why is this important to you, and how do you engage with it outside of the classroom？

寫作(7分鐘)
1. How the degree of USC fit in your career?
2. Do you received or plan to have a funding from other resources?

還有我之前整理出來的口說
1. teamwork的时候大家选题不一致怎么办
2. 课外活动
3. if there are additional requirements for your project before deadline, how will you manage this situation?
4. introduce accomplishment you are most proud of, its impact
5. how did you handle the teamwork most demanding and stressful?
6. Describe a project under huge pressure. How did you deal with that, what's your position?
7. Please tell me about an issue that you are passionate about. Why is this important to you, and how do you engage with it outside of the classroom?
8. Imagine that you had a major project at school that did not as well as planned. How would you manage this situation, and what next steps would you take?

求问楼主， demanding和stressful的问题是怎么回答的， 个人也很关注这种境况的解决方案。感谢！

如果我是小組長，我會把事情分成很多小塊，讓大家各自選一個去做，當然工作內容得盡量平均工作量。如果做的過程中，有人遇到問題，要盡快找他人尋求幫助，畢竟這是一個團隊，不要拖到最後一刻才說，大家肯定會炸鍋。再來就是開定期會議，確保大家都有在進行！

但這是我的經驗之談啦，或許有其他方式也還不錯我還沒找到～

非常感谢！本人就有遇到困难不问不说往后拖的问题， 有时候站在自己角度看不到这样有多影响团队合作。及时沟通也能及时看到做事方法上的问题， 最后把事情做成了才算有意义，受教了！
