网飞被拒 很疑惑求解答

大佬们！

我一月份第一次用简历投递网飞的 Summer 2022 Software Engineering，拿到了 OA，但当时有事错过了做 OA。之后投了网飞的 Content Engineering Internship 岗位，收到这样的回复邮件，想知道这个暑期实习还有没有机会，还是每封拒信都会这么说呀

还想问问错过 OA 会不会在公司留下记录，对以后的申请影响很大呀

The hiring team had a chance to view your application and, unfortunately, we have decided not to move forward at this time.
