二抽没中刚刚律师通知了，但是还没抽Master Cap，第一轮regular已经结束

Here is the first notice I have gotten from USCIS about the lottery.   Unfortunately you did not get a number in the initial selection.  Since you are a Masters Cap you should also be placed into the second lottery with  all of the others.   We can see if you get a number in that (it should be a few days)  Last year they did later lotteries because number became available because of  attrition – hopefully that will happen again this year.    It is not too early to explore other options.   Once consideration could be employment with a cap exempt university (part time) and that allows you to work for a cap subject company as well.    There are also other options to explore.

刚刚律师发给我5分钟前。。。。大老板说要给我送去墨西哥。。。。。不行的话，希望master cap能行吧。。。

这律师说的不对吧。。。Master是先抽的，然后是General。前两年改的。

FY2020之前是Master quota先抽，才輪到general quota.
之後就是general quota先抽，Master quota才抽。

这

第一轮就是一起抽的呀，在adv cap里面的人肯定也在regular cap里面。所以ig那文章里这其实是句废话。所以接下来几天新通知的应该只有adv cap的了

这里second lottery指的是二抽？

送加拿大不行吗？

这难道不是第一轮抽完了么，这是sequential的关系，全抽完regular才可以master cap，那已经有master cap的话，就代表master也已经抽了？

楼主是大事务所吗？我是公司找的小事务所，还没有任何消息

这律师说的不对吧。。。Master是先抽的，然后是General。前两年改的。
