Capital One Senior Software Engineer 貌似顶包？

第一次发帖，有错误请告知。
应该是negotiate到极限了，看了levels fyi上的数据这个包比所有已知数据还高， HR说这是这个职位能给到的max， "This is the absolute maximum allowed for this position. There is nothing more I can offer in terms of base/stock/sign-on."实际数字比这个稍微再多个几千块，为了方便把它四捨五入了。

这是一个hybrid position，所以另外还negotiate到让future manager口头上答应fully remote until it's out of his control.

现在只想躺平，钱够用就好了，但是如果哪天要我去办公室的话我应该会离职。

Thank you so much for the offer. I am happy to hear that Captial One wants to bring me on to the team, and I'm excited to get started. However, I was hoping we could discuss my compensation. I've researched the industry we are in and the current market value. Combined with my qualifications, experience, and competing offers, I would be most comfortable accepting a base salary of XXXXXX for this role.

Since I will essentially be giving up on my current workplace's bonus for the past year to join Capital One, it would be great if you can make up for that with a higher sign-on bonus of XXXXXX.

Also since stock grants are not part of the offer, I was hoping you can throw in a retention offer at 12 and 24 months of employment in the amount of XXXXX to make my TC for the first 3 years around XXXXX.

之后又back and forth了几次，base稍微加了几千块然后recruiter説这是maximum就没再谈了。
