运营与决策博士项目介绍
博士导师人数与博士生人数约3比1。ODT系培养博士生的特色是让每一位博士生得到量身定制的科研指导并快速积累学术经验: 从第一年开始就与两位博士导师合作论文，在第二年每位博士生可以选择与另两位博士导师开始新一篇论文的合作，第三年可以选择与自己合作最愉快的教授们作博士论文导师。ODT系为博士生开设全面而系统的的运营与决策技术专业与专题课程 (比如随机动态规划和实证因果分析)。与此同时, 博士生可通过选修Kelley商学院提供的商业经济学博士课程获得有效的方法论训练(比如计量经济学)并快速应用于研究。另外，博士生可以选择双专业或者主次专业，从而更好的服务于学生的研究工作。第二专业包括但不限于金融，市场营销，商业经济，环境科学，及其他博士专业。
