七月份从微软离职能拿到年终奖吗？

请问一下大家，如果打算今年七月份从微软跳槽离职，还有机会拿到软的年终奖金吗？

我知道年终奖都是九月份发放，但是也有听说奖金cutoff date 在七月份，只要review 结果由Manager提交进系统，还是能拿到奖金。
想问一下有没有有过类似经验的同学，了解大概什么时候离职能够拿到奖金？

当前Mindset 是，能拿到最好，没有缘分拿到也不强求：）

绝大多数情况都是可以的 7.1之后都可以拿到 除非你的dir不想给你发

据说七月份离职还是可以拿到奖金的，除非你的review结果极差。当然，股票就不会发了……

我打算七月初跟老板说 然后last day 定中旬 不知道是否可行

那奖金应该能收到的，七月的时间review结果已经提交到系统了，只有VP级别的才能修改，你老板应该不会这么过分的，好聚好散

Thanks!! This is super helpful! I searched the same content you commented and found it on HR website.
But I guess it's still up to the manager what percent I will be getting:) Just hope it won't go 0 for me lol
