5.5 FR sent至今没有receipt number

请问5.5 FR sent，至今没有hard cooy，也没有i797c，这个正常吗？有小伙伴有类似经历或者经验分享吗？谢谢

问过dos，说已经sent yo USCIS electronically ，没有hard copy也没关系。还给了我一封email说这个email可以当hard copy用。但是Emma那边一直没有receipt number

6月24号看到一封USCIS来的信，应该是I-797c里面有receipt number了。总结一下，虽然May 5th RF sent，但是从6月21号的hard copy邮戳来看，USPS是6月16号开始承运的。也就是说，somehow，DOS那边直到6月16号才真正把信送到USPS那。希望USCIS那边尽快通过。

I797c上显示， Received date 05/1x/2022, Notice date 06/17/2022，推测确实05/05 RF sent成功了，但是USCIS隔了一个月才通知。

我昨天和今天都问了一下EMMA，昨天的答复是：
In order to better assist you, I will be submitting a request for you to be contacted by a Tier 2 Officer. Please allow up to 30 calendar days to receive a response by phone or email. You will receive a text message and/or email 1 to 2 business days before we contact you. If by phone, callbacks will begin at 7am local. To verify the return call is coming from USCIS, the number on your caller id will be 202-838-2104. Please write down the following service item number and have it available for verification when we call you (2 3 3 9 4 0 2 2). Thank you for calling USCIS. Enjoy the rest of your day!

今天的答复是
You have to contact them to find out what office they sent it to so we can create a request to that office to check on this application.

于是，又给DOS发了一个邮件咨询office，
还有我FR的日期是May 19.

On June 28, 2022, we received your Form I-612, Application for Waiver of the Foreign Residence Requirement (under Section 212(e) of the Immigration and Nationality Act, as Amended), Receipt Number EAC22251****4, at this office for processing from another office. We mailed you a notice that describes how we will process your case. Please follow the instructions in the notice. If you move, go to www.uscis.gov/addresschange to give us your new mailing address.

现在就等I797c了，不晓得还要几周，希望尽快吧。

太愁人了，有近40天USCIS没有录入case

更让人无语的是，USCIS有一个页面来计算when can I contact USCIS。

如果按May 5算Receive date，需要Sep 2nd以后才能联系他们。这种没有录入的怕不是都不算receive，理论上他们可以拖到明年。

我昨天终于收到hard copy of FR 了，USPS的邮戳是6月16号，意味着一个多月以后USPS才收到信件开始投递。

周一放假，这几天还没来得及问，不过从那个git的track项目来看，juneteeth假期之前一下录入了300多个cases，感觉还是有希望的。

是的，看到有5/3 FR 的问到了receipt number. 我是5/18 FR, 刚刚问Emma还没有receipt number

我也类似，Emma agent说给我申请了一个service request。。。估计收到request的时候都已经发receipt了
