为啥会被拒啊，我看地里和MITBBS上 很多人PD都current了好多年了都顺利拿到绿卡了。下面这个帖子，里面就有PD current超过两年顺利绿的例子

在美国提交的 I-485 表格应该不符合这个条款：The filing of a Form I-485, Application to Adjust Status, by the principal in the United States does not satisfy the "sought to acquire" provision on behalf of a following to join derivative.  However, a beneficiary can satisfy the "sought to acquire" requirement by paying IV fees, filing a Form I-864, Affidavit of Support (only if the applicant is listed on the Affidavit of Support), or paying the Form I-864 filing fee to NVC (only if the applicant is listed on the Affidavit of Support).  For questions about individual, fact-specific circumstances that may meet the "sought to acquire" requirement, submit an AO request to L/CA.

假的吧？ 那么多人current了两三年才拿卡

神马霸王条款。。允许他们把已经递表的人托几年，不允许别人等一等再交表么。。

楼主可以查查移民局有没有直接的相关规定，个人感觉最好还是找个律师把这自己的情况好好交流一下，看有没有什么补救办法。
