Responsibilities
1. Combined with the characteristics of e-commerce business, cooperate with various teams to mine the preference labels related to e-commerce groups, commodities, creators, etc., form the label application scenarios, label coverage/accuracy rate, and conversion result estimation in the labeling system, and help the business grow. Build a data asset system for e-commerce labels;
2. Binding with user portrait products and related data products to complete the application of user portrait data, and at the same time, through label and user portrait analysis, complete the capability of e-commerce marketing or event scenarios, such as the saliency analysis and application of crowd/author fans, etc. and  people/goods/talents matching and linkage scenarios, etc.;
3. Expand the application of crowd portraits in user rights, user reach, and advertisement, which can drive the growth of rights/reach/advertising and improve ROI through refined user operations;
4. Be able to work with the business team to establish a complete analysis link such as effective strategy creation, strategy application, and strategy effect analysis (incremental calculation/ROI calculation, etc.). At the same time, effectively establish an e-commerce user analysis system, and cooperate with the business team to form an effective user strategy operation system;
5. Special analysis related to user growth, and ad-hoc analysis.

Qualifications
1. Proficient in at least one database operation, such as Hive/Mysql, etc. Familiar with common data analysis methods and master at least one analysis tool, such as Excel/Tableau, etc. Data analysis, engineering, and algorithm background is preferred; proficient in data analysis/data mining language, such as Python/R is preferred;
2. Experience in successful projects related to user growth is preferred, experience in data analysis and mining in the Internet industry and mobile Internet industry is preferred, and candidates with experience in AB testing are preferred;
3. Experience in the development of user portraits, product labels, etc., as well as label accuracy, application effect analysis, and tracking experience is preferred;
4. Can help the business team create and implement scenario strategies through tags. At the same time, perform effect analysis, as well as the calculation of increment and ROI;
5. The ability to form the analysis results into reusable methods and routines is a bonus;
