我相信地里聪明人太多了，想要仔细研究细节的话不需要我在这里填鸭。我发这个就是抛砖引玉，提醒大家关注这个事情。

我只管explain it like to a 5 year old 这个是我作为engineer这么多年总结出来一个最直接cut through the noise的办法

trend line很清晰，你要辩论这个line上面noise移动了几个像素那我确实没精力，毕竟还要继续去写码，不是专业政客和法律分析人士

美国是判例法，尤其最高院对任意的判决都指导全国。

因为有这个判例 任何法院都能refer做判决 所以不只是oklahoma 了解下什么是海洋法系
