J1 waiver-如何跟DOS要求再发一次FR

可能因为我搬家的原因，DOS发给我的FR没收到，于是写邮件给了DOS希望再发一次，但是收到以下回复，求问过来人是如何成功要求再发一次FR的呢？回复加米！

以下是DOS的回复：

This is to confirm that on January 25, 2022, a “favorable” recommendation was made on your case. A courtesy copy of this letter was sent to your address of record. This completed actions by the Department of State and this email will serve as your notification that a favorable recommendation has been sent and can be used for any purpose as the courtesy copy until it is received. Your case has been electronically forwarded to U.S. Citizenship & Immigration Services (USCIS) Service Center where your J-1 waiver eligibility will be determined.  The Department of State no longer has jurisdiction over your case.  We suggest that you reach out to USCIS for any documentation you may need once they determine your J-1 waiver eligibility.  

For further information and to inquire about the status with USCIS, you may contact USCIS at (800) 375-5283.

看你的这个时间，没准你的移民局那步都已经审批完了，你可以ask Emma，live chat，case status，没有receipt number，提供你的基本信息，然后看有没有receipt number的记录。如果确实是审批完了，你可以request移民局再发你一次approval letter. FR其实只是一封DOS给USCIS邮件的截图打印

感谢回复，USCIS那边我该问的都已经问了。已经知道I612的receipt number了，但是approve notice一直没收到。USCIS重新发一份又需要交一次file fee，我就想试试再要一份FR作为waiver的凭证
