不知道要不要赶在10月前交140，大家觉得本财年EB1A整体bar怎样？

大家觉得今年整体环境怎样，bar有简单些或不变吗？ 本来觉得海量额度也会软化审批标准一些，加上3月看到policy update，想赶在今年交140。 但这两天才突然意识到可能140批了485也来不及，现在不知道要不要踩这个时间点了。 如果能多几个月准备当然好，但是担心新财年万一有变数... 想问大家有什么好建议吗？ 谢谢🙏🏻

就算现在bar没什么变化，想到万一2024年gop上台（保不准还是The Trump Strikes Back)，那肯定是噩梦一般难

年底中期选举以后若是gop全面控制两院以后会不会在舆论上影响uscis的标准呢？我是不知道。

Based on DOS projections for further visa use at their consular posts, USCIS now has sufficient visa-available, petition-approved applications in order to use the remaining visas in the employment-based categories. Completing the adjudication of those applications is one of our highest priorities, and your prompt response to all requests for evidence will help us do so. We remain committed to taking every viable policy and procedural action to maximize our use of all available visas by the end of the fiscal year.

所以今年的额度其实已经批完了。。。。。

肯定是早点交啊  不管有没有排期都先交了再说
