wsj是跟meta不对付，说的也比较猛，meta内部肯定是说不是裁员，只是赶走lower performer。

Meta的朋友去blind上搜下ocean wave，应该会更明白一点

麻烦不要把internal的东西转出来了…这些都算confidential…

如果楼主真是meta员工，对公司目前的走势还没有预期嘛？哪怕没有layoff，pip也是板上钉钉的。几周前NS名单不是白搞的，大概率就先从这个名单开刀。NS上有10%+的人，目前已经有一些离职了，就看大部队什么时候被manage out，是分批走还是一次性全走…

Layoff是meta在尽量避免的一个词。

Meta reported more than 87,000 employ-ees at the end of Sep-tember. Company officials already told employees to cancel nonessential travel beginning this week, the people said.

dont care too much about the “wording”. Doesn’t change the substance.
