加州大学尔湾分校（UC Irvine）计算机科学系 (Department of Computer Science) Prof. Mohsen Imani 现招收多个电路和计算机体系结构 / 密码学与安全 /量子计算方向的 Ph.D. 学生，提供全额奖学金，2023 秋季 (2023 Fall quarter)入学。Prof. Mohsen Imani 研究方向主要在机器学习, 硬件加速器, 以及密码学与安全。

Prof. Mohsen Imani 团队的研究成果常年发表于设计自动化, 计算机体系结构等领域的国际顶级会议（HPCA, ISCA, MICRO, DAC, ICCAD, DATE, etc）。其研究成果在业界有很大影响力，和多家知名企业Intel, Qualcomm, NXP, Cisco 等进行深度合作。

Prof. Mohsen Imani 目前诚招具有以下一项或多项背景的学生：
Circuit/Architecture: Design novel memory circuits and architectures to accelerate machine learning and big data applications. A candidate is desired to have a strong background in circuit design and a deep understanding of computer architecture and emerging memory technologies. Specifically, students will work on a project related to in-memory computing (PIM).  
Cryptography & Security: Develop theory and algorithms for lightweight cryptography for secure machine learning or/and secure computing. An ideal candidate should understand Homomorphic Encryption mathematics and AI theory well and be familiar with cryptography tools.
Quantum Computing: Design new quantum algorithms for machine learning. A candidate is expected to have some experience in quantum mathematics and algorithms and have experience using Quantum tools.

看了下老师主页，没有看见之前关于qc的research和publciation。想问下这种情况下怎么指导学生从事相关领域研究呢
