140状态变成Case Was Sent To The Department of State

140是找的WG，当时选的是美国境内调整身份，8月份PP approval之后，9月份交了485.可是刚才去看了一眼I140，状态变成“On October 26, 2022, we sent your case, Receipt Number SRC****, to the Department of State for visa processing. You can find general information on Consular Processing by visiting our website at www.uscis.gov . The website will provide information on what to do next, who to contact, and how to inform us of any changes in your situation or address.”

请问大家有遇到类似的情况吗，需要联系USCIS吗？

Since you have indicated "Alien is in the United States and will apply for adjustment of status to that of lawful permanent resident" in the Part 4.-Box 2.a. Section on the I-140 form for your EB1A petition, and the approval notice also stated that you will apply for adjustment of status in the United States, we are unsure of why your approved EB1A case has been forwarded to the Department of State’s National Visa Center (NVC).

That said, we believe it should be an administrative error on the part of USCIS, and it should not affect the processing of your I-485 application. We also do have several of our clients who encountered the same situation, and this is not specific to your case.

Kindly note, after NVC receive your approved EB1A petition from USCIS, they should send an IV processing invoice email to you and our firm within 90 days. Once the invoice is received, you can simply notify NVC about your I-485 filing plan via the public inquiry form (https://nvc.state.gov/inquiry). We can provide further instructions regarding how to contact NVC at that time. At the moment, there is no further action required in this regard.
