这何止是rude

要我直接怒了！直接说他 cc他manager 麻痹的！直接zoom说他！

直接当面去喷他丫的

开个ticket就说你们要找root cause，把这个聊天截图贴上去。

这种事情在我们公司不要太多
反正就是丛林社会呗
有个TL还被人在Email使用Fword最后也不了了之
你们公司如果是这种文化，你就别指望escalate了
总之把自己变强
下次公司的事情就是business，别把自己当成business owner

把ticket给他们，然后每隔一段时间发邮件催root cause，把两边老板都cc上

看楼主想怎么处理了吧。要我我反正咽不下这口气，聊天内容可能确实比较私密，不好转发escalate，但是礼貌外加冷嘲热讽地回复下比如I have roughly browsed the page but there is tons of information which I believe you should be more familiar than me. It would be a more effecient and effective conversation if you could directly answer my question. I do not mind opening a ticket to help you improve this page if necessary. 我感觉怼同事就是要不卑不亢有礼貌，写得多，一切从business出发，恶心到他但是他还得对你说thank you.

我之前还有次代码写错了给trader造成了点问题，他邮件发我说这个feature is wrong and does not help at all. 我直接forward给manager说that's not the effective way to communicate and no one can guarantee no error. Simply ignoring the value of a new feature because of a bug not only discourages people from innovation but also is very disrespectful to anyone who has ever contributed to his or her effort to this feature. 然后第二天trader就过来当面道歉了。

这招怼同级或者下级（一般也用不着）我就没输过。上级就算了hhh
